Taking R U OK Day further for all of us with accessible mental health first aid training!

Extend your accreditation for another 3years and refresh your knowledge of Mental Health First Aid. Discover new techniques in supporting individuals who may be experiencing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

This course is offered in the following location and dates:

• Canberra Classroom training (1/2 day to complete course 9:00am to 1:30pm)
• Tuesday 6th June 2022

Maximum size group: 15 students
Certificate upon completion: Statement of Completion/ Accredited MHFA Certificate valid for three (3) years.
