You can reorder a certificate in the event you have lost yours. There is a small administration and management cost. You can order:

  • A PDF copy emailed to you
  • A hard copy printed and posted to you
  • Both.

Why is there a cost? There is some time needed to locate and then process a new certificate as this is a formal procedure.
